Gary has been creating images for over 40 years. He started working in theatre lighting as a teenager before evolving to live tv production in 1976. Moving to Los Angeles in 1977 he became involved in film production lighting. CNN became his next step, when he started working in the Los Angeles Bureau from 1981-1986. The next challenge, in 1990 was working as a Cameraman for ABC and CNN in the Soviet Union.

Now based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire UK,  having worked for ABC News till 2009, he is currently creating films for broadcast and web outlets.

The equipment and technology has changed over the years, but the essence of a well produced image and story have not.
